- The US have burgeoning cottage industry for personal delivery, which i’m sure will not be far from our doorsteps. We need to understand our patients difficulties in presenting in-person to our pharmacies and continue to work to solve this problem with them. Otherwise an large opportunity may be taken by a company (inside or outside our industry) to build a more personal relationship with them.
- The possibilities of technology are endless and we need to start thinking about how our businesses can implement a technology such as automated drone delivery, and not being responsive only when our competition are engaging with it.
