I’ve got no doubt you’ve noticed that our role as pharmacists continues to evolve and change at rate quicker than at any other stage in our history. We are moving away from the ‘old’ supply and transaction model to the ‘new’ which see’s us specialising in professional services and a deeper role in primary healthcare. It is not an easy transition for any pharmacy to make, especially when attempting to integrate these new opportunities into our existing business models.
